Urban PolingUrban poling is a fitness activity that combines walking with the use of specialized poles. These poles have rubber boot tips that are designed to absorb vibration, making the activity gentler on the joints and enhancing stability on various terrains. This form of exercise is not only effective for improving cardiovascular fitness but also helps in building strength and endurance. Poling involves all the major muscle groups. It reduces stress to your hips, knees and ankles and improves stability, strength and posture. It’s easy to learn, fun and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
